My name is Josh Beaden, and when I first started my agency, I had absolutely no idea how to get people to pay me.
I was sending cold emails that went nowhere, making cold calls I dreaded, and questioning how I was supposed to position myself as an expert when nobody knew who I was.
I used to do press-ups before cold calls just to work up the courage to pick up the phone. Seriously.
Everything changed when I figured out how to position myself as the go-to expert in my market and automate my client acquisition through LinkedIn.
Suddenly, I wasn't chasing people anymore.
My calendar was filling with 15 sales appointments a week.
And here's the funny thing...
I wasn't even particularly good at sales back then.
But I had enough opportunities coming through the door to build my agency to $200,000 in revenue.
That experience changed the direction of my career.
I became obsessed with client acquisition, sales and building the systems that actually grow businesses.
Eventually, I moved into growth consulting, helping online companies and agencies scale their revenue.
